When I saw this, I had to re-post for you all. this video has prompted me to change
a little more of my diet. I won't go completely raw, but we will see what happens. How is your diet? What does it consist of? What would you like to change about it? Because watching this has made me want to change quite a few things. Send me your thoughts Vixens.

Hey there - I think she is on to something :) She looks amazing. For me I made the switch to a raw and organic diet about 6 months ago - I feel so much more awake and fully of energy. I bought a Breville juicer and at the moment about 80% of what I eat is raw and organic. Maybe once a week when the family gets together for a movie I will eat processed or cooked food so my diet is not 100% perfect but compared to what I was eating (mostly fast food) I am in alot better shape.
I was already thinking about making changes to my diet and then I watched a few videos that made me more aware of the consequences of paying no attention to what I eat.
They included Food Inc, Forks Over Knives, Food matters, Fat Sick and Nearly Dead and King Corn to name a few.
These documentaries wont make you a fanatic but they do make you aware of the importance of controlling what you eat and some of the dangerous items that we consumer daily in large quantities.
Typically with society health issues decrease and fade out but so many of the chronic illnesses humans face today are trending upwards because of the changes to the food supply.

I apologize for the delayed response, I have had some issues with my account. I have been thinking about investing in a juicer.... I reading your response we sometimes make a lot of changes to our diet but necessarily good ones. I will definitely check out the companies and the link you have supplied. I ENCOURAGE MY FELLOW VIXENS TO DO THEN SAME. Thank you for sharing Gerry!
